FULL SERVICE DESIGN

A turn key process where we completely take a new build or renovation project from the beginning to the very end. This allows the clients to sit back and relax while we get to work. This process covers site meetings, design concepts, procurement and installation with a minimum build budget of 60K. Full service design fees are project based flat fee.

FURNISHINGS/INTERIOR STYLING

With interior styling projects we provide a furnishings layout complete with finishes, furnishings and accessories. This design service is priced per room. This service requires a minimum budget for furnishings of 20k. Interior design fees are determined by the room and the furnishings and styling that is necessary to have a well designed room.

PROFESSIONAL PAINT CONSULTATION

A paint consultation consists of a 1 hour consult. Paint selections will be made onsite and a detailed paint schedule will be delivered. Professional paint consultation fees are a flat rate of $400.

PROCESS

PHASE 1

Once you have viewed our Instagram and website fill out our contact form. Once we have received your form we will review and contact you. The next step is a 30-minute Discovery Call. This call allows us to get to know you, talk through style preferences, discuss investment level and share our design process.

PHASE 2

If after the Discovery Call both parties decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an Onsite Consultation to see the space and better understand your needs. We then draw up a Client Contract with a Retainer Fee. Once we receive a signed Contract and 50% of the Retainer Fee. Let the fun begin! HDI will the put together a Design Presentation covering all aspects of the project.

PHASE 3

Finally, our team makes your design plan a reality, managing all aspects of product procurement including,ordering, tracking, quality assurance and delivery coordination. We will work closely with our trusted tradespeople and cover all aspects of those special details.The final process of this phase is our installation day where our team will oversee the installation of furnishings, soft goods, artwork and interior styling.

FAQ

It's important to understand that collaborating with an interior designer can offer a gratifying and hassle-free experience. Beyond crafting a stunning home, we can establish the project's budget and scope, and provide valuable connections and recommendations for hiring skilled contractors. Our services encompass renovations, new builds, as well as furniture and soft goods selections.
We present everything at an in-person meeting. We walk through everything together and show floorplans, furnishing layouts, furnishing and fixture choices, samples and finishes. We want you to feel what your space will be like. We do offer revisions as part of our process.
New builds and large renovations typically take 1.5yrs or more depending on the size of the project. Interior Styling can take 4-6 months; this depends on how many rooms we will be furnishing. Our prospective clients for new builds and renovations should reach out at least 6 months prior to the start of the project. This provides ample time for HDI to present a well planned and laid out design concept.
